NOTE Damage to the starter battery due
to full discharge
Charging the trailer battery using the power
supply of the trailer can damage the starter
battery.
Do not use the vehicle's
power supply
to charge the trailer battery.
Information about a suitable ball neck for
Mercedes-Benz vehicles can be obtained from a qualified specialist workshop, e.g.
an authorized
Mercedes-Benz Center.
Remove the cover cap from the
ball neck
mount and store it in a safe place.
Position the trailer on a level
surface behind
the vehicle and couple it up to the vehicle.
Establish the electrical
connection between
the vehicle and the trailer.
Accessories can be connected to the permanent
power supply up to 180 W and to the
power supply that is switched on via the ignition
lock.

WARNING Risk of accident due to insufficient
or excessive tire pressure
Tires with either too low or too high a pressure
present the following hazards:
the tires could burst
the tires could wear excessively and/or unevenly
the driving characteristics as well as steering and braking
characteristics may be severely impaired
Observe the recommended
tire pressures
and check the tire pressure of all
tires including the spare wheel:
monthly
if altering the load on the vehicle
prior to long journeys
if the operating conditions change, for
example when driving off-road
Adjust the tire pressure
where necessary...
