The segments on the speedometer indicate the statuses of the following systems: cruise control/limiter/Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC
Outside temperature
Time
Area for additional values (example:
tachometer):
tachometer/navigation/ECO display/
consumption/G-meter/date
Coolant temperature display
During normal operation, the coolant temperature
display is permitted to rise to
248°F (120°C).
Selected drive program
Selected transmission position
Multifunction display (example:
standard display for a trip): assistance/telephone/navigation/trip/media/radio/styles
and displays/service/possible settings for Head-up Display
Fuel level and fuel filler flap
location indicator
Notes on the instrument display and onboard computer
WARNING Risk of accident due to an

HANDS-FREE ACCESS function
With HANDS-FREE ACCESS you can open, close or stop the closing process of the tailgate by performing a kicking movement under the rear bumper.
The kicking movement triggers the opening or closing process alternately.
