To set the air distribution:

Set the airflow.
Several air distribution options can be selected at the same time, for example to set the climate control for the windshield and the footwells simultaneously.
The 
climate control for the
windshield
can only be selected for the first seat row.
Climate style
Climate style function
The following climate styles are available in automatic
mode:
FOCUS: high airflow, slightly cooler setting
MEDIUM: medium airflow, standard setting
DIFFUSE: low airflow, slightly warmer and
draft-free setting

Activating/deactivating the climate control synchronization function via the
air conditioning control panel
Climate control can be set centrally using the
synchronization function. The temperature and
air distribution settings for the driver's side will
be adopted automatically for the front passenger
side...
